Payments are processed at the point of sale. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please ensure that your email address is correct to receive this confirmation. In the event of a payment issue, our customer service team will contact you to resolve the matter.
Failed Transactions
At Styledup BD, we understand that payment issues can occur. Here’s how we handle failed transactions:
1. Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad) Issues

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, please wait a few minutes. Most failed transactions are automatically reversed by bKash or Nagad.

If the amount is not refunded within 24 hours, please contact your mobile payment provider directly.

For faster assistance from our side, please submit the Transaction ID, Payment Screenshot, and Sender’s Number through the order form or contact page.
2. Incorrect Payment Details

If incorrect payment information is provided (wrong transaction ID, missing screenshot, or sender number), your order will remain on hold until verified.

We’ll contact you to clarify the issue. If we don’t receive a response within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.
3. Double Payment

In case of accidental double payment, contact us immediately with proof of both transactions.

Once verified, we will either issue a refund or adjust the extra amount to your next order, based on your preference.
